HIMSS Michigan Chapter Sponsorship Packages

 

The HIMSS Michigan Chapter relies on the support of our sponsors and industry partners to continue to offer our Chapter members meaningful events, information, and an active Advocacy Group, which works to advance the use of HIT in support of health initiatives across local, state and federal governments.  We are committed to providing a platform and a venue for our supporting sponsors to increase their visibility and value to Chapter members in return for financial support. That financial support allows the Chapter to bring information, educational sessions, networking, and thought leadership to its membership on a regular basis throughout the calendar year.

The HIMSS Michigan Chapter offers the following to the sponsor community:

 

Demographics

  • 1,700 Chapter Members representing 60+ Hospitals in Michigan

 

Opportunities

Participation in Chapter events, including the Michigan Reception at the HIMSS National Conference, exhibit opportunities at the HIMSS Michigan Chapter Fall Conference, regional events, and webinars throughout the year.

  • Monthly Webinar Series which will be recorded and accessible through the Chapter website and YouTube channel.  Chapter sponsors will be listed and recognized on a slide for each webinar.  Events will be added and available here.
  • HIMSS Michigan Chapter Fall Conference (if available)
  • The Chapter will hold a Michigan specific reception during the annual HIMSS Global Health Conference.
  • Year-Round visibility to Chapter members in regular communications, including a dedicated Chapter website, newsletter, and social media outlets.

 

Annual Sponsorship Packages – 12 month Commitment

  • Premier Sponsor: $4,000 full year
  • Executive Sponsor: $2,500 full year

 

 

Premier Sponsorship Benefits ($4,000 a year)

  • Acknowledgment as a new sponsor on the Michigan Chapter website, newsletter, and social media outlets.
  • Logo recognition as Premier Sponsor on the Michigan Chapter Website and monthly newsletter, Zoom webinar registrations and webinars, LinkedIn banner, and YouTube channel throughout the year.
  • Your logo on continuous looping slides at all Chapter events during intros, lunch, or any breaks.
  • Three (3) Online Sponsored Specific Events per year
    • Your specific educational content via webinar (vetted by the Programs Committee) for on-demand viewing on the Michigan Chapter Website and/or YouTube channel.
  • Two (2) Sponsor Spotlights each year
    • Your content, such as case studies, white papers, or on-demand webinars available on the Michigan Chapter Website and/or YouTube channel.
    • Links to your Sponsor Spotlight in Chapter Newsletter.
  • Four complimentary registrations to the Michigan Chapter Reception at the HIMSS Global Health Conference.
  • Exhibit space at the Michigan Chapter Fall Conference, including list of attendees after conference. (Note: Limited contact information is available with the contact lists)
  • Six Michigan Chapter memberships.

 

Executive Sponsorship Benefits ($2,500 a year)

  • Acknowledgment as a new sponsor on the Michigan Chapter website, newsletter, and social media outlets.
  • Logo recognition as Premier Sponsor on the Michigan Chapter Website and monthly newsletter, Zoom webinar registrations and webinars, LinkedIn banner, and YouTube channel throughout the year.

Special Event Sponsorships

From time to time, our Chapter may offer individual sponsorship opportunities for special events or events that are co-sponsored with other organizations (e.g., MiHIN, HFMA, ACHE, etc.).

  • Sponsor Specific Main Website Page Banner Recognition: $1,000
    • Stays up for the whole year, loops on website with link to the sponsor page logo which is linked to your website.
  • Sponsor Page on HIMSS Michigan Website: $500
    • Includes logo and link to your website
  • Per Event Sponsorship Options
    • The funding structure is a multi-tiered approach and on a per event basis. Each event needs to be a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes in duration:
      • Table and logo on all event marketing, 2 tickets to event: $1,000
      • Breakfast sponsor and logo on event marketing, 2 tickets to event: $750
      • Lunch sponsor and logo on event marketing, 2 tickets to event: $750
      • Beverage sponsor and logo on event marketing, 1 ticket to event: $300
      • Name tag logo sponsor and logo on event marketing, 2 tickets to event:
      • $800 Logo on all event marketing: $600
      • Non-profit table: $500

 

Other Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Specific One-time Fall Conference Opportunities
  • White paper inclusion on website: $250
    • White paper will need board approval before posted on the website.
  • Monthly newsletter: $250
    • One-time placement of company logo, brief description, and full contact info in monthly newsletter.
  • Website calendar: $250
    • Ability to place one calendar event on our website calendar that does not conflict with Chapter virtual events.
